Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using LeadLix CRM by Fly Your Tech, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Usage

  • LeadLix CRM helps businesses manage leads, customers, tasks, quotations, invoices, and other business operations.
  • Users must use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information stored.

2. Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for maintaining their account security and login credentials.
  • Any activity performed through the user's account is the user's responsibility.

3. Customer Data Ownership

  • All customer/business data added to LeadLix belongs to the customer.
  • Fly Your Tech does not claim ownership of user data.
  • LeadLix only provides the platform and tools to manage business information.

4. Payment & Plans

  • All payments are subject to the selected LeadLix plan.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable laws.
  • Taxes and applicable charges will be handled as per regulations.

5. Lifetime Access & Support

  • Lifetime access provides access to the LeadLix platform forever on your Firebase project.
  • Bugs in the existing LeadLix CRM code that affect shipped functionality will be fixed for lifetime. This does not include deployment issues, Firebase/provider billing problems, or other non-code causes — those are charged separately.
  • 1 year free support covers deployment and go-live issues (setup, hosting, Firebase configuration help).
  • Free support does not include new features, custom development, redesigns, or business-specific modifications.
  • After 1 year, Firebase or running issues may still be handled by Fly Your Tech based on the specific issue (case by case).
  • Any additional development work may be charged separately. See our Support After Sale page.

6. Firebase & Third-Party Services

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their own Firebase account, billing details, and service usage.
  • Firebase charges after exceeding free-tier limits are the customer's responsibility.
  • Fly Your Tech is not responsible for third-party service costs, downtime, limitations, or policy changes.
  • Third-party integrations may require separate accounts and payments.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Misuse the platform.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell LeadLix without permission.
  • Use LeadLix for illegal activities.

8. Service Updates

  • Fly Your Tech may improve, modify, or update LeadLix features.
  • Some features may change due to technical improvements or third-party dependencies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fly Your Tech is not responsible for:

  • Business losses caused by user actions.
  • Data loss due to incorrect usage or third-party failures.
  • Issues caused by external services.

10. Termination

  • Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.
  • Users may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
